About Me

I've always been drawn to understanding why people hurt, how they heal, and what helps them feel whole again. That curiosity ultimately led me to EMDR therapy, which has become both the foundation of my clinical work and a meaningful part of my own personal healing journey.

I take a warm, steady, and collaborative approach to therapy. I don't expect you to show up with everything figured out. Instead, I strive to create a space where you can slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and feel supported as you navigate the challenges that brought you to therapy.

Together, we build the internal safety needed to approach painful memories and experiences without becoming overwhelmed. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, running, playing video games, and spending time outdoors.
